Terms & Conditions of the Promotional Campaign "7% Discount for Newsletter Subscription"

I. General Provisions

  1. The promotional campaign is conducted on the website www.foodsteps.store under the name "7% Discount for Newsletter Subscription" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotional Campaign").
  2. The organizer of the Promotional Campaign is the owner of the Foodsteps store online shop (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
  3. The Promotional Campaign is financed from the Organizer's own funds.
  4. The Organizer declares that the Promotional Campaign is not a game of chance, raffle, betting activity, promotional lottery, or any other activity referred to in the Polish Gambling Act of 19 November 2009 (Journal of Laws 2022, item 888).
  5. The Promotional Campaign is valid from 1 January 2025 until further notice, on the website www.fodsteps.store.

II. Rules of the Promotional Campaign

  1. A participant of the Promotional Campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant") may be any natural person with full legal capacity who subscribes to the newsletter on www.foodsteps.store.
  2. Under the Promotional Campaign, the Participant receives a one-time 7% discount on purchases made in the online shop.
  3. To use the discount, the Participant must: add at least 3 items of any products to the shopping cart, and enter in the discount code field the code received in the confirmation e-mail after subscribing to the newsletter.
  4. The promotion applies only to regular-priced products and cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or markdowns.
  5. Each Participant may use the discount only once.
  6. Shipping costs and any additional services are not subject to the discount.
  7. In case of a return of products purchased under the Promotional Campaign, only the amount actually paid after applying the discount will be refunded.

III. Complaints and Returns

  1. Complaints related to the Promotional Campaign may be submitted within 14 days from its end, via e-mail to:support@foodsteps.store.
  2. The complaint should include: the Participant's full name, e-mail address, description of the issue, and order number.
  3. The Organizer will review the complaint within 14 business days from the date of receipt and inform the Participant of the outcome via e-mail.

IV. Personal Data

  1. The Organizer is the data controller of the Participants' personal data.
  2. Personal data are processed for the purposes of carrying out the Promotional Campaign and managing the newsletter subscription, based on the Participant's voluntary consent.
  3. Data processing complies with applicable law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

V. Final Provisions

  1. These Terms & Conditions of the Promotional Campaign are available on the website www.turmat.store.
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions during the Promotional Campaign. Any amendments shall not affect the rights acquired by Participants prior to their introduction.
  3. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code.
  4. Upon the end of the Promotional Campaign, the Organizer will inform Participants via the website.
