Terms and Conditions

I. General Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules of the promotional campaign conducted in the Foodsteps online store, available at www.foodsteps.store, under the name "Take Your First Steps with Us. GRAND OPENING"(hereinafter: the "Promotional Campaign").
2. The organiser of the Promotional Campaign is N52 PROSTA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA, with its registered office at ul. Grobla 27A/6, 61-858 Poznań, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (Krajowy Rejestr Sądowy) maintained by the District Court Poznań - Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań under KRS number 0001030558, Tax Identification Number (NIP) 7831878312, Statistical Number (REGON) 52503215000000 (hereinafter: the "Organiser").
3. The Promotional Campaign is financed from the Organiser's own funds.
4. The Organiser declares that the Promotional Campaign does not constitute a game of chance, raffle, mutual betting, promotional lottery or any other form of activity regulated by the Polish Gambling Act of 19 November 2009.
5. The Promotional Campaign is valid from 9 September 2026, 00:00 until 31 October  2026, 23:59.
6. The Promotional Campaign is conducted through the Foodsteps online store available at www.foodsteps.store.

II. Rules of the Promotional Campaign

1. Any natural person with full legal capacity who purchases products covered by the Promotional Campaign through the Foodsteps online store may participate in the Promotional Campaign (hereinafter: the "Participant").
2. As part of the Promotional Campaign, the Participant receives a 15% discount on products covered by the promotion.
3. The Promotional Campaign applies to the following products available in the Foodsteps online store:
   a) products of the Real Turmat brand,
   b) products of the Real Field Meal brand,
   c) products of the Food Force brand.
4. The discount is applied automatically during the checkout process to products covered by the Promotional Campaign. No promotional code is required.
5. The 15% discount is calculated based on the regular price of the products covered by the Promotional Campaign.
6. The Promotional Campaign cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional codes, promotions or price reductions, unless the Organiser expressly provides otherwise.
7. The discount applies exclusively to products covered by the Promotional Campaign. Shipping costs and any additional services are not subject to the discount.
8. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
9. The Participant may make multiple purchases covered by the Promotional Campaign during its validity period, subject to product availability.
10. In the event of a return of a product covered by the Promotional Campaign, the Participant will receive a refund of the amount actually paid for the returned product, taking into account the discount applied.
11. In the event of a partial return of an order, the Organiser reserves the right to recalculate the order value if the return affects the conditions for applying the discount or the amount of the discount granted.

III. Complaints

1. Complaints relating to the Promotional Campaign may be submitted by email to support@foodsteps.store.
2. A complaint should include:
   a) information enabling identification of the Participant,
   b) a description of the issue or concerns relating to the Promotional Campaign,
   c) where possible, information regarding the order to which the complaint relates.
3. The Organiser will consider the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
4. The Participant will be informed of the outcome of the complaint electronically, to the email address provided in the complaint.
5. This complaint procedure does not exclude or limit any rights of the Participant arising under applicable law.

IV. Final Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions are available on the Foodsteps online store website at www.foodsteps.store throughout the Promotional Campaign.
2. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions during the Promotional Campaign, provided that such amendments do not affect rights acquired by Participants before the amendments were introduced.
3. Information about any amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be published on the Foodsteps website.
4. Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Polish law, in particular the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.
5. Participation in the Promotional Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
6. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 9 September 2026.
